Com Tower Spawn Points
Com Tower is a central location in both the 16 and 32 player versions of Belgrade (Belgrade has no 64 player version.) All of the spawns are far away from the flag, making it very difficult to defend. If you are going 1-on-1, and you die, it is very likely that your enemy will neutralize the flag after you respawn, but before you can get in range to kill him. Com Tower defense is best left to squads you can station some soldiers in the buildings and others on the ground.
When attacking Com Tower, you can drain enemy tickets quickly by covering the spawn points from the surrounding buildings. Unlike Park, none of the Com Tower spawns are in building, and many of the spawns are wide open to snipers. In many cases, you can drain more tickets by allowing the enemy to spawn here than by capturing this flag.
Whether attacking or defending, watch out for snipers on the monorail to the far west.
